Welding electrodes Monolith М-318

Terms of use
- electrodes are used during welding in all spatial positions, except for vertical from top to bottom
- welding is recommended to be performed at the maximum possible speed without transverse oscillations of the electrode
Special properties
- provide weld metal that is resistant to intercrystalline corrosion
- are characterized by high welding and technological properties: stable arc burning, easy slag removal, as well as good weld formation with a smooth transition to the base metal
- surfacing coefficient: 0.15...0.20 g/A•min
- consumption of electrodes per 1 kg of deposited metal: 1.3...1.6 kg
Electrodes of the Monolith M-318 brand are designed for welding co- fracture-resistant austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo stabilized with niobium steel lei, type 08Х16Н13М2Б, 03Х17Н14М2, 03Х17Н14М3, AISI 316Nb, AISI 316, AISI 318, etc., for parts working at temperature up to 400°C. Electrodes are used for welding tanks, pipes and equipment for the chemical, textile, and paper industries in environments where there are acidic, alkaline and saline solutions, and also for structures operating in sea water.
