Terms of use
  • designed for welding in all spatial positions, except from top to bottom, responsible structures and pipelines made of carbon and low-alloy steels with a strength limit from 500 MPa to 640 MPa, especially if it is necessary to ensure high resistance of welded joints against cold cracks.
Special properties
  • special coating prevents the absorption of moisture, reduces the likelihood of pores and guarantees a low hydrogen content in the seam
  • due to the uniform composition of the electrode coating during operation, a stable arc is achieved
  • excellent welding , easy separation of the slag crust, low metal loss from splashing
  • the electrodes do not absorb moisture from the environment for 10-12 hours after opening the pack, thanks to this, they do not require re-piercing before use

Electrodes UONI 13/55 Plasma H4R is designed to be suitable for a broad range of carbon, low alloy, and hardenable steels. It is used for welding of responsible metal structures, boilers and tanks that work under high pressure, as well as in the construction of pipelines, low temperature structural work, in shipbuilding, petrochemical, pressure vessels, power generation. Electrodes are resistant to moisture absorption
