Electrodes are designed for welding and surfacing of austenitic steels of the 110G13 type (Hadfield steel), restorative surfacing of products made of similar grades of steel that work under conditions of intense shock and compressive loads, moderate abrasive wear and have the ability to strengthen during operation.
The main areas of application are parts of mining, processing and railway topics: crushing tongs, hammers, armor plates and rollers, cones and housings of rotary and jaw crushers, teeth of excavators, crawler tracks, as well as railway crossings. The deposited metal acquires the necessary hardness after the operation of cold mechanical strengthening (scalding) or during operation, when the surface is subjected to intense shock loads.
