Електроди зварювальні Моноліт МНЧ-2

ISO 1071: E C NiCu 1
AWS A5.15: ENiCu-B
CONDITIONS OF USE
  • welding is continued after cooling the welding place in air to a temperature not higher than 60°C
  • to be used only for repair welding
SPECIAL PROPERTIES
  • ensures the production of deposited metal with high manufacturability during processing, as well as corrosion resistance in liquid aggressive media and hot gases
  • metal deposited using these electrodes, thanks to the low hardness of the last layers, is easily cut or abrasive processing
  • the melting temperature of this alloy is close to the melting temperature of cast iron, so during the welding process, the alloy is well mixed with cast iron
  • nickel and copper contained in the alloy contribute to the graphitization of cast iron in fusion zone, i.e. reduce the risk of a significant bleaching zone; - since the alloy has good plastic properties, the weld metal is resistant to cracking
  • surfacing coefficient: 0.13...0.18 g/A•min
  • consumption of electrodes per 1 kg of deposited metal: 1.3...1.6 kg
MNCH-2 electrodes are used for welding without heating or with slight heating with short seams 20...30 mm long, welding of the lack of casting and surfacing of parts from gray, high-strength and ductile iron. They are most suitable for brewing the first layer in joints that require high density, as well as for welding joints that require increased cleanliness surfaces after mechanical processing. After applying each seam the welded area is hammered with light blows of a hammer.
