CONDITIONS OF USE
  • before surfacing, it is necessary to clean the welded part from dirt, rust, oil
  • it is not recommended (in order to avoid cracking) to perform surfacing of steel parts in more than two layers, of cast iron - one layer
  • for carbon low-alloyed steels, the previous layer can be welded with Monolith RC, АНО-36 electrodes, for manganese-alloyed steels with UONI 13/55 Plasma electrodes
  • the presence of cold (hardening) cracks is not a defect, but an indicator of high hardness , ledeburite-carbide structure of the deposited metal.
SPECIAL PROPERTIES
  • ensure the production of a stable deposited layer, which has high resistance to abrasion by various solid particles
  • allow to carry out welding of cast iron products and welding of casting defects of steel 110G13
  • production of deposited metal from special metallurgical purity and low hydrogen content
  • surfacing coefficient: 0.20...0.22 g/A•min
  • consumption of electrodes per 1 kg of deposited metal: 1.4... 1.8 kg
T-590 electrodes are designed for surfacing parts operating under conditions of mainly abrasive wear with minimal shock loads. Used for surfacing teeth of buckets of excavators, knives of road machines, blades of plows, disks and paws of cultivators of agricultural machines that work without shocks, as well as blades of augers of mixing machines, paddles smoke extractors, jaw crushers, etc. The listed parts welded with electrodes have excellent wear-resistant operational characteristics and strength indicators.

Surfacing should be carried out in the lower and inclined positions on a direct current of reverse polarity, "+" on the electrode, with a voltage on the arc of 23...27 V, narrow rollers or with small fluctuations of the electrode. Also, surfacing can be carried out with alternating current from a transformer with a no-load voltage of 50 V.
