CONDITIONS OF USE
  • before surfacing, it is necessary to clean the surface of dirt, rust and grease
  • if the part is heavily worn, the lower layers should be surmounted with other electrodes, the choice of which depends on the composition of the base metal, for carbon low-alloy steels, the previous layer can be surmounted with electrodes RC monolith, АНО-36, for manganese-alloyed steels - UONI 13/55 Plasma electrodes
  • the presence of transverse microcracks is not a defect, but an indicator of high deposition hardness
  • preheating is recommended to ensure better crack resistance of the deposited metal base metal
SPECIAL PROPERTIES
  • T-620 electrodes are best used for surfacing rapidly wearing surfaces that work in conditions of wear with abrasive materials, as well as where increased hardness is required
  • the high hardness of the metal deposited by these electrodes is achieved as a result of the introduction of special alloying elements into the composition of the coating
  • surfacing coefficient: 0,18…0,23 g/A•min
  • consumption of electrodes per 1 kg of deposited metal: 1,2…1,5 кг
T-620 electrodes are designed for surfacing parts operating under conditions of mainly abrasive wear with moderate shock loads. Used for surfacing jaws of crushers, rims of roller crushers, hammer crushers and mills for grinding coal, teeth of a rotary bucket excavator, cutting teeth, working parts of briquette presses, baffle plates, blades of smoke extractors. The listed parts welded with electrodes have excellent wear-resistant operational characteristics and strength indicators.
